Welcome to The Salt Sanctuary.

Step into a space designed for complete relaxation and renewal. Our Salt Sanctuary is a tranquil room built with calming cedar wood benches and a beautiful salt brick wall. This is your personal escape, a serene environment where you can let go of the day's stress and simply be.


Your 30-minute session is a simple yet profound journey into peace.

We provide headphones for guided meditation or relaxing music. You are also welcome to bring and use your own personal wired headphones or wireless earbuds (such as Airpods) to listen to your preferred music or content.


While you relax, you'll be naturally inhaling the microscopic salt particles circulating in the air. These particles are so fine you won't see or feel them, but they work to provide you with the benefits of salt therapy as you breathe in a clean, restorative atmosphere.

This is more than just a session, it’s an opportunity to breathe deeply, relax, recharge, and find your center.

While salt therapy is wonderful for supporting respiratory health, we ask that you kindly postpone your visit if you are experiencing any signs of contagious illness (such as fever, cough, or congestion).   • WHAT IS SALT THERAPY?

    Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a holistic treatment where you relax in a room with walls and floors covered in salt, while a specialized device called a halogenerator disperses a fine, dry salt aerosol into the air. 

    You simply relax and breathe.

  • HOW DOES SALT THERAPY WORK?

    When you inhale the salt-infused air, the microscopic salt particles are able to reach deep into your respiratory system and on your skin. Salt is naturally anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and can help to absorb impurities, leading to clearer airways and healthier-looking skin.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

    Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You do not need to wear anything special, but some guests prefer to wear short sleeves to expose more of their skin to the salt.

  • CAN I DO SALT THERAPY WITH MY FRIENDS?

    Yes! Our salt room can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests. It's a wonderful way to relax and recharge together. 


    To maintain the peaceful and quiet environment that our guests expect, we ask that all groups be mindful of their volume. We reserve the right to end sessions early to ensure a serene experience for everyone in the room.


  • CAN I BRING ELECTRONICS IN THE SALT ROOM?

    For the safety of your devices, we highly recommend leaving all electronics outside the salt room. The microscopic salt particles in the air are highly corrosive and can easily enter and damage phones, tablets, and other electronic devices. It's also a great opportunity to fully unplug and immerse yourself in the peaceful session.


  • ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

    Salt therapy is a natural, drug-free therapy with no known negative side effects. Some individuals may experience a slight tickle in their throat or an increase in coughing or nasal discharge after a session. This is a normal and positive sign that the salt is working to clear out mucus and toxins.

  • HOW MANY SESSIONS TILL I SEE RESULTS?

    The effects can vary by person. Many people report feeling a difference after just one session, such as improved breathing or a sense of relaxation. For chronic conditions or long-term wellness, we recommend a series of sessions for the best results.

  • WHO SHOULD NOT DO SALT THERAPY?

    Salt therapy is generally safe for most individuals. However, we do not recommend it for guests with acute, contagious illnesses (fever, flu), or those with severe hypertension, cancer, or active tuberculosis. 


    If you have any serious medical conditions, please consult your doctor before a session.
