Our goal at O. liv is to make your visit with us as relaxing and hassle-free as possible, so please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing – come as you are. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, leave the details to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
O.liv loves serving you and meeting your treatment needs. However, please remember and be mindful that your scheduled appointment time is just for you and only you. If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment time or cancel without a proper notice, our therapists miss out on the opportunity of being of service to another guest.
We ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. We will charge 100% of all booked services without 24 hour notice and for no-shows for individuals. Spa packages and groups of (2) must give a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice. Parties of (3) or more individuals will require a 72 hour notice. Spa Parties of (6) or more will require 7 days notice.
All no show, no notice cancellations, and cancellations made past the required notice date will be charged 100% of the total price for the services booked on the card on file. Appointments booked same day and within the 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy.
FACILITIES
O.liv houses seven treatment rooms, one Mud Lounge with two showers, a Float room with a shower, a Salt Therapy Room and an Infrared Sauna. The spa has 2 bathrooms, a locker area and dressing rooms. Chill and wind down in our relaxation lounge that includes a seating area for private parties. Our bar area is for consultations and blending massage oils, and on the way out check out our retail shop that's stocked with our favorite local gift ideas.
PARKING
It’s Nashville, we have limited parking. Carpooling, Uber & Lyft is appreciated whenever possible due to our Limited Parking. You are welcome to park in the Cleo apartments 1st floor parking area designated for retail & future residents. Free street parking is also plentiful along Eastland Avenue, Cleo Miller Drive and the surrounding streets.
ARRIVAL
To enjoy the full value of your experience, we recommend that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows you time to fill out a client intake form, enjoy complimentary refreshments & have a personal consultation prior to your service. Arriving late for your appointment may unfortunately shorten your treatment time so the next guest is not delayed. Cost of services however, will not be reduced.
LATE ARRIVAL
We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.
RESERVATIONS
We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancelation. It is best to plan 2 to 4 weeks ahead for weekdays and 4 to 6 weeks for weekend visits. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation.
REQUESTING A THERAPIST
We encourage our clients to find the therapist that best fits their needs and request them for their services. If you have a preference for a male or female therapist for your services please inform us of your preference when you make your appointment.

PREGNANT
We will not perform massage on women who are - or suspect they are - in their first trimester of pregnancy. After that point, we do offer prenatal massage as it's a great way to relieve some of the discomfort and stress women sometimes experience.
CHILDREN
For your own relaxation and for the benefit of our other clients and service providers, we ask that children not come along unless they are receiving treatments themselves.
NOT FEELING WELL
A nasty cold or flu can make a spa visit downright miserable, not only for you but also for your therapist. If you’re feeling under the weather or have another condition, heal up before you venture to the spa. A good rule of thumb is if you are too sick to go to work, you are too sick to get a massage. Never come in for a massage if you are contagious, as a courtesy to your therapist and other clients.
This should help :
Flu: Skip your service, stay in bed.
Fever, nausea, or contagious: Skip your service, stay in bed.
Bad cold: Wait until the acute stage to get a spa service.
Minor cold: Get that massage, as long as you aren’t contagious! Just be ready to deal with that stuffy nose with tissues on hand.
WHAT TO WEAR
Robes and slippers will be provided at O.liv but we do not have locker rooms. We have changing rooms for use & small lockers for your belongings so it's best to come in comfortable clothes that are easy to remove. And most people like to have a hat on hand to cover up their massage hair on their way out!
ROBES
If you are receiving multiple services, it is best to change into one of our robes. We do have small lockers provided for your belongings. If you are only receiving one service, we leave that choice up to you. Some guests prefer to simply change in the treatment room whereas others prefer to enjoy their relaxing experience in one of our comfy robes.
AGE REQUIREMENT
A guest must be a minimum of 16 years old to use the Mud Lounge, and at least 18 years old for massage and facial treatments unless a parent or guardian can be present in the treatment room.
CHILDREN
In order to maintain a relaxing, calming environment, we recommend that childcare arrangements be made for the comfort of our other clients receiving service.
GIFT CARDS
Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness and relaxation to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk, online or over the phone which can be mailed out for a $1 service charge.
LOST GIFT CARD
Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. All sales are final.
RETURNS
All service sales and gift card sales are final. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued in Store credit only.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in the price for our services, but is gladly accepted. Gratuities normally range from 18 - 25% of the treatment price, or larger if you experience exceptional service.
CELL PHONE USE
To ensure a serene and relaxing experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you turn off your cell phone upon arrival at the spa and refrain from taking phone calls while in the spa.
SOCIALIZING
When you are at the spa, please be respectful of others by keeping conversation to a minimum and turning off your cell phone. We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and memorable experience.
THE MUD LOUNGE
The Mud lounge is not a mud bath it is a DIY experience in a private steam sauna area for you & your guests ( 4 maximum ) use. Because of the intense heat, we strongly advise against drinking alcohol before your appointment.
SHOWERS
We have 2 showers inside the Mud Lounge but they are not available for clients use unless you have reserved an appointment in the Mud Lounge.
HAIR DRYER
We ask that you honor the environment with a quiet space; of tranquility and relaxation. Being that we are a small, tight nit spa where loud sounds ( even voices ) travel throughout we do not have any hair dryers in the facility for use. For the consideration of others we ask that you do not bring one in.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR PREGNANCY
To better serve you, please let your therapist know if you are pregnant, or have any of the following issues: muscle or joint injuries, heart condition, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, fever, contagious skin condition or any other medical issue.
Also inform your therapist if you are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have recently had botox, laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above scenarios may affect our ability to treat you.
BOTOX
O.liv will not perform any facials or treatments for at least 2 WEEKS after any filler or botox procedures. Doing any type of manipulation on the face with hands, machines, or even cleansing devices can move the product that was placed, and it takes about 2 weeks for most fillers to set in. BOTOX can take anywhere from 5-7 days to start working and stop movement in the muscles. We want to make sure that your skin and muscles are healed so that you have your best facial experience with us!
That doesn't mean you can't have a facial before your fillers and botox, so always get your facial first, and procedures last.
Please always let your esthetician know if you have had any procedures done in the last 14 days before your facial.
OTHER TIPS
Nashville traffic is extremely unpredictable, so we suggest you plan on running into it. Parking is also limited and can be frustrating at times. Please allow ample time to get to your appointment time early.
Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please respect the right to a quiet atmosphere for all guests. We ask that you refrain from talking loudly and that you turn off all cell phones.
Remember to rest and drink water before and after a massage, mud lounge or facial.
