Give your brainwaves a massage with a healing sound bath facilitated by Certified Sound Practitioner Kayce Laine. For this session, Kayce will guide the group to connect with their breath, followed by a sound bath using crystal alchemy singing bowls, ocean drum and theta chimes. The frequencies from these bowls penetrate the body and energetic field to break up stagnant energy and harmonize with the body’s natural vibrations. During this experience, there is nothing to do but breathe and experience a soothing journey through sound.

We encourage you to bring anything that will enhance your comfort during this transition, such as a pillow, cozy blanket, or eye mask.

About Kayce
Kayce Laine is a Certified Sound, Crystal and Reiki Practitioner based in Nashville, TN. As a life-long musician with a degree in Music from The University of Virginia, she began studying energy work while exploring ways to overcome creative block with her songwriting. After finding the effects of vibrational healing techniques to be extremely beneficial to her creativity and overall well-being, she undertook formal studies in Crystal, Sound and Usui Reiki Healing.
She earned her diploma in Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls with The Sound Healing Academy where she also serves as an Associate Teacher & Tutor. Her clients have included The Recording Academy's MusiCares, Prescription Songs and Anacrusis Music and she’s facilitated in music venues including The Ryman Auditorium. Her work and insights have been shared in publications including Byrdie, Thrive Global, YogiApproved, Verywell Mind, Soul Circus Journal and more.
